This listing is for a made-to-order artwork. Each piece is individually crafted by hand in my studio. All contents are secured in an epoxy resin base and housed within a 9 inch shadowbox style coffin frame.

Processing & Shipping Time:

• Lead Time: Please allow 1–2 weeks for crafting, resin curing, and final finishing prior to dispatch.
• Photo Approval: Once your piece is completed, I will send high-resolution photos of your exact item for approval before shipping
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.

Damages in Transit: I take the utmost care in securing the bones and glass for transit. However, due to the delicate nature of these preserved curiosities, occasional shifts or damages can happen. If your piece arrives damaged, please contact info@ossuaryandorchid.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging so I can arrange a repair or replacement.

Returns & Exchanges:  Because of the highly specialized and fragile nature of this memento mori, all sales on ready-to-ship items are final. Custom commissions are tailored specifically to your vision and are also non-refundable.
