Processing & Lead Times

Each piece at Ossuary & Orchid is handled with individual care.

• Ready-to-Ship: Items already crafted will be dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom Commissions: Because I allow for specific curing times and meticulous hand-arrangement, please allow 1–2 weeks for your piece to be created and cured before it is boxed for shipment.

Domestic & International Shipping

• Domestic (US): I primarily ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided.
• International: International collectors are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs hold-ups or the seizure of organic specimens—please ensure your local laws allow for the import of your specific specimen (e.g., certain bird or mammal bones).

Tracking Your Order

• Once your label is printed, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for the status to update.

Address Accuracy

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to me due to an insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend it.
