Refund policy
At Ossuary & Orchid, I take immense pride in the craftsmanship of every curiosity I create. Because my work involves unique, organic specimens and highly personalized designs, please review my policies below:
Custom & Commissioned Pieces
- All sales are final on bespoke custom orders. Once I have begun the design process and allocated specific specimens or botanicals for your piece, I cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
- I provide a detailed consultation and reference photos during the process to ensure your vision is realized before the resin is poured.
Ready-to-Ship Pieces
- I do not offer returns for "buyer's remorse." Please review all photos, dimensions, and specimen descriptions carefully before purchasing.
- Each piece is a natural history specimen; minor "imperfections" in the bone or flora are a testament to their organic origin and are not considered defects.
Damages & Issues
- I go to great lengths to ensure your piece is "armored" for transit, but I understand that shipping accidents can happen.
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon reception.
- Reporting: If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me at info@ossuaryandorchid.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requirements: Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. I will work with you personally to provide a repair, a replacement (if possible), or a shop credit.
Exchanges
- Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of my inventory, I generally cannot offer exchanges. If you have a specific concern about your piece, please reach out—I value my collectors and want you to be truly satisfied with your new curiosity.
